Appalling customer service, bought a Samsung s7 edge on what seemed like a very good redemption contract. my previous Iphone was a similar deal through mobiles.co.uk. all you had to do with them is email a copy of your bill and the amount was sent to you via cheque. With affordable mobiles you have to print numerous bills off and then send them by recorded post! on my particular contract I have to do this 6 times. It will cost me more in postal charges than the amount I will earn in cash back. Not only that originally they didn't even send the vouchers out without numerous phone calls. They also don't reply to your emails meaning you have to waste more time chasing them up. avoid them at all costs!
