I ordered toothbrush heads from this company with promise of delivery with 10 days, a month later I have never received them. I have emailed them many times but just get fobbed off with 'they are on their way' 'we are having to order more' and the last one 'we have already sent these to you but will send you some more'!!!!! After reading these reviews I will never deal with this company again.................BEWARE EVERYONE.

Once you purchase a product from Ministry of Deals, three things happen: 1 - they take your money 2 - they DO NOT send you your product 3 - they do not respond to any form of communication once you ask about the bought item Don't waste your time with them

I have also had problems with non delivery and no replies to emails from Ministry of Deals. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (these are being amended as from 13 June 2014) you have a right to cancel your online order from the time of the order until 7 days after you receive it. I suggest that everyone who has problems, formally cancels their order and informs Ministry of Deals' local trading standards office. 

THEY NEVER SENT MY ITEM REPLIED TO ME OR RETURNED MY MONEY

I have never received my order and no reply from them.

Terrible customer service. Package still not arrived after 3weeks also I was charged 4.95 for it. Dont buy anything there.

Ordered an SD card on 19/3/214. It is now 16/05/14 and you've guessed it, still nothing. Should be renamed ministry of steals.

I ordered a pair of earrings for Mothers day. Chased them when they didn't arrive a week or so later. I had an initial response apologising and stating that they would get another pair sent out. Over the next two months I tried phoning which takes you to an automated message telling you use their contact form. I have sent numerous messages through this and to the email address I had an initial response from and had no response. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

PURCHASED A CAKE TIN ON 1ST APRIL PAID IN FULL INCLUDING THE 6.99 POSTAGE WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED WITH 28 DAYS AFTER 3 WEEKS WE ENQUIRED ABOUT IT BY EMAIL AND ACTUALLY GOT A RESPONSE SAYING IT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED ALREADY,OBVIOUSLY ANOTHER 2 WEEKS WENT BY NO GOODS,CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND GOT ANOTHER REPLY APOLOGISING AND SAYING THEY WOULD SEND OUT ANOTHER ONE GUESS WHAT NO GOODS NOW NO REPLY,EVEN BETTER PAYPAL WON'T REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE OF TIME ELAPSED...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WON'T GET IT!! I HAVE SENT A REPORT OFF TO BBC WATCHDOG IF EVERYONE ON HERE DOES THE SAME HOPEFULLY THEY'LL OUT THESE THIEFS NATIONALLY,I DOUBT WE'LL GET OUR MONEY BACK OR GOODS BUT AT LEAST IT'LL STOP THEM ROBBING PEOPLE.

Ordered a product 2 months ago and got confirmation goods would be despatched within 10 days. Still waiting. Have chased by email 3 times but they don't reply. If you phone them an automatic message tells you to email you then hangs up.

I ordered a baking tin 28/03/2014 I still have not received it, I have emailed several times like the automated messages states and rang the number from the website. I was going to order 2 of them bullet blenders but NO way now.. Wish I'd have researched this more and from now on before I buy anything re search

Ridiculous service. I went through Living Social (who have not been helpful at all) to buy 8 x Oral B Dual Clean Pro Compatible Toothbrush Heads voucher and orderd them on the 6th March. As of yet i am STILL waiting for them! You try and call and it directs you to the website. you fill the form in and they take days to comeback to you. when they did; they asked to confirm the dispatch address. then never heard from them again. I went back to Livingsocial for help and they have washed thier hands of the whole situation. so they both get thier money and I get a measly £5 from living social. best stick to the known sites and avoid all voucher deals as they dont care once you have bought it.

I wish I had read some of the reviews here before making a purchase for a SD card voucher through Living Social. This company simply take your money and do not provide you with what you paid for.I am now seeking a refund through Living Social.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!

Ordered watch for my Grandson with voucher from Mighty Deals ,didn't arrive by due date. Emailed Min of Deals got auto reply saying give 48 hours.Gave longer still no reply. Contacted Mighty Deals who sorted the whole mess out in record time and refunded my account 5 Stars to Mighty Deals -5 Stars Min of Deals.

My experience mirrors others who have posted reviews. My advice, do not go near them. As far as I am concerned they are anything other than reputable. I purchased a voucher from KGB Deals and I also would never use them again. They are as bad as each other. I have reported this company to Dorset Trading Standards and have suggested that they read these reviews to see that mine is not an isolated complaint. Ignore my review at your peril.

Hi Purchased a pack of Oral toothbrush heads from LivingSocial and was given a voucher for Ministry of Deals. Paid the £4.99 postage in January 14 - and waited.. Chased early February and waited… Emailed again and again no answer. March chased LivingSocial and they agreed they couldn't get Ministry of deals to answer the phone.. March 17th had an apology email from Ministry of Deals saying they were sending another package and waited… Chased LivingSocial and they advised I was not alone - more of their customers had complained about them. 2nd April LivingSocial said they had contacted Ministry of Deals and a replacement had been sent - and told ME that there must be an issue with my address. 8th April Ministry of Deals thanked me for confirming my address but they were now out of stock but when they get more in I'm a priority…. 17th April Ministry of Deals on being chased - replied they've been inundated with emails (surprise) and they couldn't give a refund but stock was being delivered in 7 days - I'm a priority (hooray…) AND I've noticed here that everyone pays £4.99 and doesn't get the product.. Nice business plan Ministry of Deals. Very best of luck!
