Stay away from this company

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They charged £135 to clean my buggy yet it came back with green mould (!) and animal fur (!) (we don't have pets), none of which were on the buggy when I sent it. The Manager just shouts when you complain, and tells you that his staff will have money taken from their salary as they offered to help by sending the pram back by courier to my home as I do not want them to touch my buggy anymore. off store gets angry if you can't collect the buggy on the day it gets sent back to them from the Wembley store. Do not ever use this company, they will charge a you a lot of money, ruin your buggy and then shout when you complain. Trading Standards has been contacted.
