Ordered a Bend PAK 9XW from Big Boys, Scott was great and the lift was delivered as promised. The lift was scratched during shipping but I can fix that. purchased a hose reel on Monday and it showed up on Thursday. Was provide the shipping information once it shipped and was able to get the delivery time so knew when to expect. I received an e-mail last night making sure everything is good with the delivery and a invite to provide feedback. I picked up my lift at the terminal on Friday and got a call on Saturday to make sure everything went well. I told the guy that called I had a few scratches and he said that they would get some touch-up paint out to me. About an 15 minutes later I am copied on an e-mail to Bendpak with the request for some touch-up paint. This morning I received an e-mail letting me know that I could provide a review and service like this needs to be talked about. I was very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for garage equipment. THANK YOU

I called Big Boys Garage Toys and was surprised I got a LIVE person on the phone. I needed a new "chiller" from my compressor and he got it out and to me in under the time he said it would take. I am very please with his service and equipment that if ( well really when ) I need something else I will visit Big Boys Garage first. Pricing was great and service was even better!

i was told to find a dryer for the company. I was given the model and did a search on google. This please had the lowest price and had good reviews so I selected them. It went right to the page I needed and I placed the order. Very simple and easy. I was given the tracking number that night and the dryer got here 2 days later. very happy.

When was the last time you ordered something online, and got a personal followup phone call from the business? When was the last time you got a phone call from the OWNER of the business? Big Boys Garage Toys is a very small auto shop equipment dealer who represents Bendpak/Ranger and some other lines, owned by Scott Matthews. Scott followed up personally to make sure I was satisfied with my transaction, and when the shipment was damaged in transit, was ready to help me work out a repair or work out a solution with the vendor. You just don't find that kind of customer service anymore, especially from an Internet business. I would definitely do business with Big Boys Garage Toys again, as long as it is owned by Scott!

I had never heard of this store before which I think I read a couple of times in the reviews but it is certainly an up and comer. It had great prices and the delivery was pretty quick. I will be using again.

I had some questions about the "pick up at terminal" delivery options so called to ask. I got all my questions answered and the person on the phone asked if I had other questions. I figured I would ask all the questions about the bender I was getting. I got all my answers and placed the order. The bender arrived 4 days later and I did pick it up at the terminal. Very easy. Very satisfied. I would use again.

I ordered a generator on Monday. I got a confirmation e-mail indicating the order was placed. I got a 2nd e-mail on Tuesday saying the generator had shipped and it contained all the shipping information. I received a call on Friday to arrange delivery later that day. I then got another e-mail this morning to make sure that delivery went well. I was impressed with the followup. Everything went very well.
