Be aware and don,t make yourself victims to this crook-company.They "create website for your business and according to your needs, bla-bla" First - they will hardly answer your calls or letters no matter what you are asking them for. They never show their address on their website. I am surprised that even though I won the case in the Court of Justice against them nobody has stopped them from doing their business and to continue to deceive and rip off probably hundreds of people. The main tricks they do: t

1. You call them on that high rate 0845 number and it is always electronic voice that will ask you to leave your phone number, so they to call you back later. On this way - when they call you , you have a lot less chance to record your conversation with them because you will never know when exactly they are going to call you.And you get charged higher rate on the 0845... number.

2. They call you, you speak with them and explain them how you would like your new website to be designed. They promise you verbally everything that you like to hear. They also will tell you that they will give you great discount for your bespoken website but you have to pay 50% deposit (600GBP in my case). Later they have to show you some mock-pages and you to say if you like them.If you like some corrections to be done - you advise them verbally or in writing. they have to correct it and only if you agree with the re-done pages AND ONLY "AFTER YOUR COMPLETE WEBSITE IS READY AND YOU ARE HAPPY - YOU HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINED 50% OF THE MONEY".

3. What happens in reality: they show you the mock-pages and you figure out that your website doesn,t contains even half of the functions that supposed to contain. You ask the UKDS why they didn,t put this or that module and they tell you: "Take it or leave it but you are not going to see your 600GBP back". They start to blackmail you further by asking for more and more money so to add this or that function or module...that it supposed to be in that website on the first place.Anyway, I didn,t like to lose my 600GBP for nothing, so I agree to be blackmailed and to pay more money later just they to complete it and my new business to start soon.After the website started running without all the modules in it it was cripled...It is nothing like I was promised on the first telephone call. What they did in the beginning-they took my deposit of 600GBP and later sent to me a list with what functions the website will contain. This list was about a product that is a lot lower grade than the product they promised to me on the telephone. So when i told them that i feel deceived thay said that i can "leave this project and forget about it...but that according to their terms and conditions i can,t have back my600 GBP.So, when you understand that you are tricked and that they lied to you - it is already too late you to get your money back.

When I made the first contact with UK Digital Solutions we first talked with them on the telephone.They called me back actually.They told me at that time that I have to pay the rest 50% of the money only after the websote is launched and only "If I,m happy with it".After 7 months this website was still not ready.Finally I found them on the telephone after 16 efforts to call and write to them. I reminded to UKDS that the website is still not ready, I haven,t seen if operates well or will stuck. I asked them why they haven,t put the texts in English in it as i asked them to do 3 months ago.They insisted I to pay the rest of the money or that the website is live on the Internet already. No matter how many letters I sent before for the correction of those mock-pages, texts in English to be put instead of those texts in Latin - they NEVER made those corrections, but they took all the money 1200 GBP promising me that they will make the corrections later.So, basically I sow that the websote is live on the Internet alrewady but it was so cripled and it was malfunctioning that practicaly it was impossible to be used for business. It was useless! UKDS NEVER DID the changes I asked for and no matter how many times I wrote to them and I called them - they never answered to me. So, they tricked me.Some of the texts on the pages were left in Latin language-even the Judge in the Court sow it and she was surprised how they could charge me 1200GBP for such a useless rubbish.

So nobody of the viewers could understand what is the website about. Plus - the website stuck opening just the first page and not opening any other page further. It supposed to contain 5 pages at least and to be able to hold 2000-2500 photos of actors, extras and models.In that "completed" final variant it showed hardly 7 photos and stuck. Later UKDS deleted all my hundreds of contacts and E-mail that i build up with such hard work to call, write and speak to all these models and actors and to convince them to be my first 150 guests on my website because i needed to put as a beginning some faces on it and I decided to do it for free. I had all this contact info but I could put just 7 photos and the website stuck. And UKDS later deleted without even asking for my permission all this valuable information because they had the key from the website. Pretty nasty, isn,t it?

Finally I had enough. I sued UKDS in the Court of Justice and i won the case. they counted that i,m not having other 2000GBP to waste for a lawer but i went to the Court alone, myself and I won. I am not stupid. I am very happy now and I WORN ALL THE PUBLIC - PLEASE, PLEASE, DON,T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE LIERS! They tell you everything over the phone and later they will trick you as much as they like just because you will not have a record of that telephone conversation and you will be not able to provide on this way any evidence of your verbal agreement what exactly that website supposed to contain. So they can lie to you and promise you everything but later you will be very badly surprised and they will refuse to give you your money back. They will tell you that it is your fault and that you misunderstood what they told you about the content of your new website.
