Never heard of this company, never authorised any payments yet somehow they have taken £39.99 out of my account today.
Read all the comments and have gone straight to the ombudsman.

If have tried contacting them to no avail. I contacted the financial ombudsman yesterday who are now dealing with them.
It may take up to 8 weeks but it's money I need and they had no authority to take it.

You should do the same.

Finally got my money back after the threat of the financial ombudsman in my last email.I finally got a response from money gaga and the £39.99 was back in my account today.

What is the ombudsmen as money gaga have took money out of my account and I haven't even signed up to any websites or enquired about a loan?

Just google financial ombudsman, they regulate companies' there like the police of the business world!'
