Loan Options took 2 payments of £67.76 from my bank account in May (despite me contacting them to ask them to cancel my account as soon as I had clicked the proceed button) one they refunded immediately, the second I am still waiting for 2 months later!!!! Despite contacting them by e-mail (which they hardly ever reply to) and by phone and despite being assured 2 weeks ago that the refund was on its way and despite being told 1 week ago that the refund would be in my account by the end of last week. I am still waiting. When you ask to make a complaint you are referred to their head office and told that you cannot speak to a complaints manager.

All in all - do not use!!!!!!!

This company took money from my bank with telling me, ask for refund it's taking four weeks, their do answer their phones,

If you need a loan never go to this company in fact any pay day loan company their will take you money.Also never give them you bank details they will take money from you bank.

This company took a payment of £67.76 from my account without asking me. I have asked for a refund and they say log in to get you refund I do that and it does not recognise my details. Joke of a company. If this company reads this. Review get my refund sorted NOW

loan options basically did exactly what it says on the team - they gave me LOAN OPTIONS which was great. i got my loan cleared in my account just over 2 days after i made the application

they took 67.76 out of my account without my autharasition and there website says they don't charge yet they took it out for membership i have requested a refund i doubt i get it back i want my money back and was not even given a loan Terribele Terrible Terrible please people avoid them

This company got hold of my details charged my card and then only offered half my money back stay well clear the government should ban this company
