ITC AVOID AT ALL COST'S !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mum was told by BArclays they could help with her dads affairs when he passed away that was 2 years ago and still no further forward and today I have been looking into these rip off merchants and cant believe all the negative feed backs these scumbags have got, they pray on people when they are at there lowest and c on people out of there money, my mum thought they would take a lot of stress away from her as at the time she was looking after mum and me as I was diagnoised with cancer so it was a very stressful time, but they have done nothing!!!! my mum has done all the work and she has put a complaint in with Barclays because still no sign of this ending and what did Barclays say well we not had any complaints..........so guess what I have printed everything off and gonna give it to Barclays!!!!!!! then closely followed by the press and tv these sharks need stopping ASAP!!!!!!!
Barclays even gave them all my granddads money without my mums say so, and like so many different case managers and then they will ring to say they are still waiting whoever to get back to them so basically stringing it out and phobing my mum off !!!!!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AND BARCLAYS YOUR JUST AS BAD!!!!!!!
