Had to return a christmas present to a local shop due to them making a mistake on the engraving, the shop delivered it the next day quick and efficiantly and i am very happy with the product.

I made a Christmas gift purchase for my wife from Zentosa for an item that was not available here in the US. Although a little leary at first about an international purchase, I read the online reviews and felt a little more confident in my purchase. The initial purchase was declined by Capital One, but given another oportunity to use an alternate card, the purchase was completed with ease. The only problem I had was following the airmail tracking as when it got to the US, I had no idea where it was or even if I would receive it for the holidays. It had taken about 10 days total and I felt very relieved that it had arrived in time and believe me, my wife absolutely loved her necklace. I made an order online which didn't arrive. On e-mailing Zentosa they promptly sent out replacements which arrived within a couple of days. The earrings are beautiful and the customer service assistants are very helpful and professional. I will definitely use this company again and reccomend to friends and family.
