I am currently engaged in a seemingly never ending battle with Weird Ape over a problem with three defective watches I was sent. The first watch I ordered was of terrible quality so I requested a replacement. This was sent although was clearly never checked before it was sent as it was of a worse standard than the first. The second watch I ordered never arrived, so after requesting a replacement it arrived 2 weeks later. This one does not tell the time properly, which is a pretty serious problem for a watch! I am now trying to get my money back but all contact is by email as they do not have a phone number. To say this process is long and drawn out would be a massive understatement! I am being taken round and round in circles trying to get a refund, and now it appears the next step is to issue court proceedings. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
