As it’s my sons birthday Wednesday I had sourced a very nice Hugo boss watch at a good price. Ordered online. I work away in the week so used the option of having it delivered to a family member. Not a problem the option was there , order was confirmed , confirmation Email received very good. Well on Monday I received a message saying that my order had been declined as my addresses were not matching. Well yes ! I used the option of a different delivery for my convenience. Well that’s not policy with The Watch Cabin they state nowhere that the delivery and billing address must be the same but after accepting the order and taking the money they declined it. They asked for photo identification after also having all my account details which in a world of identity fraud is alarming. I declined there request and asked for my money to be returned which will take 5 working days. Nothing but headache. Phoned the shop and was spoke to abruptly. The owner was very quick with his reply’s and was genuine but the damage is done. No present for Wednesday.. one u happy customer.

my marc Jacobs Baker wathc did not work. now i have to return it for repair eventhough it has never been used and not my fault i got a watch that did not work.

think it would be good customer service if a new watch was offered in stead of having to wait for they faulty watch to be repaired.

I was a bit hesitant to order online from Australia but I'm so glad I did.

Delivery was only 8 days and my Emporio Armani watch is divine. I was very pleased to see that it came with an authenticity certificate and it was almost half the price that I would pay from a jewellery store here.

What I liked was the electronic customer service which was provided on every step from placing the order to post delivery. I have not experienced such customer service from anyone else. I have really enjoyed the experience and especially loved the watch when it arrived. Although they were £20 more expensive compared to other sites but for me it was the best decision I have made until now in online ordering with awesome results.

I will recommend them to my family and friends. But before I do that, I need to order another one as a gift for my brother :).

I came across this site by luck, as I was about to part with £230 for a watch for my boyfriend. This site was selling the watch for £143. Almost £100 less.

I googled the company and they had very good reviews so made my purchase. There was an issue with PayPal, and my 1st purchase did not go through. However, the Customer Service team contacted me straight away to apologies and explain. They also offered me a £10 off voucher, as a gesture of goodwill.

My 2nd payment went through easily and next day the watch arrived. It was very well packaged.

I googled how to tell if your MK watch is real. I followed all 5 steps and the watch was real. I also compared it to a friends that was bought in store and they were identical.

I had such a pleasant customer service experience with this company. I ordered an Armani watch (AR1400) which this website provided at the cheapest price compared to all other websites, I couldnt have been more delighted. I was sceptical that it may not be the real watch considering the price but once I'd received it which by the way was quick delivery, I was glad that the watch was legit. However, the item was damaged when it arrived, but as soon as customer service was contacted, their replies were immediate and very helpful. I find that immediate replies is extremely comforting, they went above and beyond to assist me with my worries and queries. I was given a replacement straight away which I was really chuffed about as it was a gift for my boyfriend. Fantastic and polite service, thank you for all your help! Will definitely be shopping here in the future.
