Purchased my partners engagement ring from The Diamond Store in 2016.
Arrived beautifully packaged and in great time.
Through my own fault ,I ordered he wrong size.
They arranged the paperwork for collection immediately and dealt with my concern as professionally as I could have asked for.
New ring came back as soon as was ready.
Have to say a big thanks to the lady at The Diamond Store as her communication on any queries I had and her help with dealing with any queries has always been at as high a standard as I could have asked for.
As purchasing something like this online can be quite worrying but her communication and support put those worries at ease.
