Great service despite the awful reviews.

8/12/20 I placed an order online for some earrings I’d had my eye on for a while. I received a 25% discount and the option to select a free gift. I was delighted with these added perks!
I then stumbled upon all the bad reviews online and was then nervous and apprehensive about my order.
So the next day I called the customer services in birmingham and was reassured that I would receive my items in 7-14 days.
I then received a further call a few days later to say I would have my items by Saturday 19/12-20 at the latest. I was still a little nervous about receiving my order after reading reviews of people who hadn’t received items after months of waiting!!
17/12/20 - My order arrived today. I was so relieved and the earrings are gorgeous. Very pleased. But I didn’t receive the silver sparkly stud earrings I’d selected as my free gift but a stone bracelet which is good quality for a free item. So not really disappointed.
Overall a great service and experience from start to finish, and items arrived well within time for Christmas!! Many Thanks!!
