Steer Clear!
I bought a £50 silver bookmark with engraving on. The engraving wasn't in the style pictured so I emailed requesting an exchange as I didn't like their choice and I hadn't chosen it! No reply at all after over a week! In addition their message on their contact page saying they have technical issues with their switchboard, has been there for weeks! Do not waste your money here... poor service and rubbish gift-wrapping!
