Ordered a watch for Christmas from another firm and kept getting e-mails of delays. last delay was for delivery in the New Year. They shipped next day Via Royal Mail First Class (postage included in price) and following mornibg package arrived at my front door at 11 A.M. great service and saved our Christmas.

Purchased my Seiko watch on 24/2 and received it the following day and free of charge. Which is an excellent service. The watch was very well packaged. It came with the Seiko documents, box and warranty card. The customer after service was exceptional as the watch was a little tight so they are sending me two links free of charge. The quality of the watch was superb and great value for money. It is extremely elegant, for day to day wear or for those special occasions. When the item was in stock, the speed of delivery from First Class Watches was exceptional as I received it the day after they advised me the watch was being distributed. I was extremely pleased they delivered the watch to my place of work at my request, although I wished they had remembered to take out a couple of the links as the watch was a little too big. However, it was not a problem to remove these at the local jewellers for £5.00. To be fair it would be difficult for First Class Watch to remove the links as it did need to be measured when I received this. I would highly recommend the watch to anyone and would also recommend First Class Watches :-)

I was searching for a Seiko watch at a lower price than italian sellers, but with all the warranties and service that you can find at a normal seller. I choose FCW because of the site, it looked very well built and had quality certificates on the bottom. I liked the images and how the products are presented, so I decided to make the purchase. I was not sure about purchasing on the internet but the quality certificates helped me in the decision. The procedure for buying was very easy and everything was explained very well, and you have the impression of a site that cares about real people, probably because of the fact that they are also a jeweler shop in England. Customer service is also very professional and kind, and they take care of the customer, as well as of the transaction. The partnership with FedEx is also a plus, the delivery is not expensive and it is possible to track the package and you know in advance when your package will be delivered to you. Good experience!

I would highly recommend First Class Watches. They have an excellent selection of watches, great communications, and very fast delivery. After much research I finally found my perfect watch(Citizen BJ9140-05E), but then I found out that it is not produced any longer. I live in the U.S. and was unable to find it here but First Class Watches in the U.K. still has this model in stock. After placing my order I received confirmation emails and tracking information immediately. My watch was in my hands in only two days. If making a purchase out of country I would recommend notifying your bank. My bank initially thought it may be a fraudulent charge so I had to clear that up. As far as this particular model goes, I am very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone. I did not like the green canvas fabric strap, and I bought this watch with the intentions of replacing it. Actually, I ordered a black leather strap(DiModell Chronissimo) at the same time. It looks fantastic with this Citizen. The watch is analog, solar powered, has a seperate dual time zone that can be set to any time in the world, and a second hand. It is extremely accurate and any light source recharges the battery which lasts approximately 15 years.

i contacted customer service on a few occasions and their reply was always prompt and my questions answered promptly. one watch i had ordered was out of stock and the item would not be back until up to 6 weeks. i hunted aroynd mire on the same site to get somethibg similar and i found one but it was more expensive so i asked firsy class watches if they would reduce it they replied instantaneously and they let me have it cheaper bearing in mind this web site was about the cheapest anyway. excellent service. thank you F.C.
