Still Waiting For Refund
I bought a pair of trousers on July 8th 2018 and had to send them back as they were a bad fit. I paid by PayPal. I posted them back the following day, unworn and in the original packaging , July 9th 2018 and Post Office Tracking showed the parcel had been signed for at their end. I still have not had £45 refund. Can't get through by 'phone or email. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They should be stopped from trading.

How Do They Get Away With This???
I ordered 3 items. One I was told was not in stock and I would get a refund for (I haven't) and one I sent back as quality was poor. Its over 2 months and I haven't received either refund despite sending numerous emails and attempting to call them. Please do not order from them. I'm tempted to go down to the shop but I doubt it would resolve anything and just make me angry so I'm trying to stay away. I'm using chargeback to get my money refunded so fingers crossed it works. I've shopped online for years and never had an issue until now. Also not all the items are ethically made, check out their shoe and boot collection.

Is There Anyone There?
I wish I had discovered this review site before shopping there. I ordered and paid for a skirt, for which my credit card was charged straight away. I have spent nearly a month now trying to get in touch by phone, email and twitter with no response. I am just waiting for a full month to pass before I use the bank chargeback scheme to force them to give my money back (which isn't guaranteed as it is less than £100)

This company does not reply to emails, has no phone number on its website and the phone number attached to their London shop is premium rate and is not answered. I'm trying to get a simple refund for returned shoes and they've stolen my money !

Terrible Product And Customer Service
Terrible experience buying a pair of boots at this store. I wore them once and noticed terrible scuffing - the quality was not up to scratch at all - so I decided to get bring them back and get a refund. I sent an email to them and they responded asking for images, I sent them through and from there the customer service became non existent. I never received any further contact from them to say they received the images, then my husband went there to get the refund in person and they said a manager would have to be present, so they said to send another email or call. We did both - no response. Then I went in again...same thing the manager wasn't there could we come back at 3pm. I did and the next person said there wasn't a manager there at all....please call or email. And so the cycle continues. I gave up eventually as this stretched from 8th October to 29th November 2016. Non existent manager, no customer service, terrible product and no-one answers emails or the phone it seems - also not sure they should be allowed to use the word ethical in the way they do as the products and service don't live up to this at all.....not a shop that I would visit again. Avoid for sure.

Bought a pair of shoes and was sent two wrong sizes, they are also poor quality, made in China and not the ethically sourced vegan boots they claim to be. I have been trying to get a refund for nearly a month now. They have sent a couple of emails- very hard to get a reply from them. Apparently it takes two weeks to process a refund- not sure why as they are quick enough to take your money and it is easy to see when a product is faulty. Now I have not heard back and am still waiting. I am planning to claim the money back on my credit card but I am disappointed. I expected more from an 'ethical' website. They are preying on people trying to make a better choice with what they wear and buy. This company is far from ethical and should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I had read the reviews before buying and hopefully anyone thinking of shopping on this site will think again. They are basically selling cheap items and shoes you could get on a market stall claiming they are ethical. Such a shame. Avoid at all cost if you don't want to get tricked this site should be shut down!!

I ordered vegan boots which were £85. When I received them, it was apparent that they were really poor quality. I searched for the same boots online and found they were £25 -clearly unethically sourced, and its anyones guess if they were actually vegan. I followed the returns process, and tracked the delivery via the Royal Mail so I know the boots arrived. I patiently waited the 14 days the website said it could take to refund my money. I then sent a polite email and asked if they could return my money asap. I heard nothing back I have since sent several emails and had no reply. There is no contact number. This unethical practice is not consistent with who they claim to be online. I doubt anything is ethically sourced. Really disappointing and frustrating.

I'm very surprised they haven't been investigated at least, something is seriously fishy about them. I bought some expensive sandles and the chain was green on the ends, had a dodgy glue fixing and fell apart! Complained, told them I want a replacement or refund. They said they had no others, and didn't refund me the cost of returning after they sent me absolute junk!! They really are the limit and you need to be very careful. Vegan or not, these people will take your money and (if you're lucky enough to receive your item), may send you something that rhymes with rap. I've had issues with requesting refunds for returned items due to poor quality - they just ignore you. Also, a bag that had a snapped handle. Now I'm waiting for a bag ordered a week ago. It's only UK to UK!! They respond when you threaten them. Be careful, order through paypal only so you can be prepared to open a case against them. They can slack as much as they want, I only order when somethings reduced (rarely), and even then, the price it's reduced to is all it's worth. The cost of shipping (4.99) should mean you get the item within a week! I honestly don't trust them. If they send me the item and it's poor quality I'll go back through paypal and Resolver if I can. Don't let them get away with it. With any luck, enough of you will complain about them and have them shut down or threatened with closure if they don't clean their act up.

I bought a handbag for my wife (Birthday) from them and it took nearly a month to get it from UK to UK shipping.
I purchased the bag and they promptly took the money and advised it had shipped the next day.
At week 2 I decided to call them on the number supplied as it hadn't arrived. I rang and rang with no one ever having picked up, no way of leaving a message or being able to contact any sort of employee or automated system.
At 2.5 weeks and a few days calling I sent an email asking what was going on. Waited to hear back on a response during their working hours during that day. Then at about a half hour prior to them closing I sent a letter I would be in contact with my bank and trading standards. I was being ignored and not supplied goods to which I ordered and at this stage I wanted my money back. I got an email shortly after that. The response covered the fact that they were aware of the order and that it had shipped, supplied me with the tracking number again and that was it.
Week 3 I contacted them with trading standards response and proceeded to contact my bank over the issue. I wanted my money back regardless if the goods were lost in post, they lack of communication from them and unwillingness to help made me want my money back. I expect something from my money regardless of the amount! They responded stating that it's likely lost in post and to wait another week and that contacting trading standards over this isn't necessary.
Before my bank could sort out a Charge Back Scheme the handbag arrived a month after purchase and almost next day after my final email to them.
After all that I'm unsatisfied on the purchase, the quality is poor.

They may have a conscience when it comes to harming animals, but they pay scant regard to the feelings of human beings. The website is slow and unresponsive, hence the reason why I ordered the same pair of boots twice. They said that they'd cancel the second order but didn't hence the reason for me paying twice for a pair of boots costing £90 which looked like a pair of wellies and £175 for a coat with had a broken zip. Despite several attempts at trying to contact them I've had no luck

Hi, I didn't have this problem but received poor quality shoes (two wrong sizes) then had a nightmare trying to get a refund. Keep emailing them and contact via social media, it seems you have to hound this company. I wouldn't recommend using them again
