Bought a necklace via living social deals. Necklace never came, number does not work, do not use

I have been waiting since June for my necklace.... Sent emails no response at all

I purchased a necklace for my daughter in June 2014. I hAve sent countless emails and phonecalls to them. I purchased this from Wowcher. I must admit they are now acting on my behalf. Lesson learned if it is a great deal there must be something wrong with them.

Item didn't arrive. No response to emails or phone calls. Still haven't had a refund from June! Should be closed down.

I would not use this company again, I waited weeks for my item to arrive and missed giving the gift for my sisters actual birthday!! They ignored my emails and never even sent an apology I recommend you keep well clear of them!

Goods are not sent when ordered and when contacted do not respond. Don't bother is my recommendation. Would not recommend the company to anyone. They don't deserve the business.

You may as well throw your money away... I ordered a necklace in April and still not heard anything back from them, despite several inquiries.

As with everyone else didnt recieve my triple necklace and they dont reply to emails. Wowcher. Are a jjoke too. There must be some organisations that will get involved.

I ordered the wowcher deal, the triple personalised ring necklace, I have not received item and have contacted them on numerous occasions and they do not respond, why on earth does wowcher continue to use companies like this when the feedback on them obviously speaks for itself, would never ever buy from this company again, and am wary of using wowcher again as this was my first purchase from them and it has not been a very encouraging experience
