Recently purchased from Alexander Jewellers and I received great service. Website was easy to navigate and received my items well within the advised timescales. My item was also perfectly packaged. Would def recommend to friends and family.

The website has a pricing problem, described as a 'glitch' by the Website and Marketing manager. Which has resulted in the refusal to fully supply a confirmed and paid order. Not very helpful in resolving the problem and refuses to discuss. The rest of the order took ages to arrive. Luckily, The Jewel Hut (online) was able to supply what I wanted the next day.

Wanted a Longines Evidenza ladies watch to replace lost one, found it on other sites, and asked Alexander Jewellers if they would price match. They said yes, and would arrange to order direct from Longines and then get it delivered to me. Only took 5 days from payment to when I received it. Packaging was excellent, wrapped in bubble wrap twice. Watch has come in all original packaging with stamped warranty card. Received great service from the Marketing & Web Manager at Alexander Jewellers, she kept me fully informed by email.

I have ordered a Hugo Boss watch on a Saturday, only that on Monday morning they let me know, they actually have no stock and they will not have any. Got a refund, but spent the entire weekend really glad, that my husband will be really happy about the watch. Then on Monday had to find something else quickly - thanks for that Alexander Jewellers, it's a priceless experience for my husband's 40th :(( Asked them if they can offer something else then instead, as it's their mistake - no help.
