I placed an order and was promised a £10 love to shop voucher with my order. After the order arriving over 2 weeks late my voucher never turned up. I have spoken to various members of staff who all assured me they had fixed the problem and i would receive the voucher but i never did. They constantly ignore my emails and and have no interest in sorting the problem at all. Would never use them again they are absolutely useless!
