I've been a customer of Printer Inks for a number of years, and never had any issues. With my last order, one of the cartridges wouldn't work in my printer. After a few tries, I decided to try the on line chat to get some advice. I loaded in my issue, and within 1 hour I had a response with some additional things to try. I worked through the suggestions, but no luck. I replied to the original email with details, and again very quickly got a response telling me how to return the faulty cartridge (FREEPOST). Next day, even before I had posted the faulty cartridge back I had confirmation of the despatch of my replacement.
Its always good when something works exactly as it should, but its even better when problems get sorted as quickly as this one did.
