Inks do not work , seller accepts returns but at your cost and then refused to refund stating some excuse like package missing , etc
Stay well clear of them

Yes, we accept returns and will pay for return postage on faulty items. However, for obvious reasons, we don't issue refunds until the items are received at our office.

We did not refuse to refund you on the basis that the packaging was missing as you never actually sent the items back to us. Instead you made a chargeback claim through your payment provider which you subsequently lost.

The cost of returning faulty items to a supplier who is patently untrustworthy as PRINK INK is almost as much as the value of the order and no guarantees that even on return you would get a refund as many people have not .
Much better ink suppliers out there who are not anti customer

You now admit that you didn't return the cartridges and that we didn't refuse a refund based on missing packaging so how can your opinion be trusted when your initial claims are not true?

The truth is that you demanded a refund and expected us to give you your money back whilst allowing you to keep the goods.

We asked you to return the items but instead, you chose to raise a payment dispute through PayPal.
We responded through PayPal by agreeing to a full refund on their safe return but you did not send them back to us therefore, your PayPal claim was declined.

PayPal offers free returns for purchases made through their platform and on top of that we offered to reimburse the cost of your return postage on the assumption that the cartridges were found to be faulty so there was absolutely no risk in sending them back to us.
