Next day delivery - Don't think so - poor service 100% poor

I paid specifically for next day guaranteed delivery by 1pm as we had an urgent print job which needed to go out the next day. Nothing arrived by 1pm the next day, nor at any time the next day. When I rang to ask where it was the customer service representative said 'it might come tomorrow' which was terribly poor service. I was only hold for ages on a premium 0845 customer services number (which they make money from), incidentally and unsurprisingly, heir sales number is an 0800 number which they answer very quickly. I had a similar problem the last time I used 999 inks but gave them the benefit of the doubt this time. I won't be using them again, and I certainly would never recommend them. They might be cheap, but so are their service levels.

Incidentally, when I tried to publish this review via 999 inks own review deal - Ekomi, they started to try to get me to mediate and withdraw the review prior to publication. This is the service that 999 use to send out automated 'review us' emails after you have used them and then display these great reviews all over the place. Very unlike the reviews which they receive via the independent review sites.

Let me make myself clear, I don't want to use the service again. I think that using them twice and getting 100% failure is good enough to know that they're not for me and a 10% discount off my next purchase just won't cut the mustard thanks.
