I ordered a tv cabinet and was told it would be a 10-14 day delivery. The delivery guys forgot to put it on the truck, apologised and then said it would be another week. If I had known I had to wait 21 days for delivery I would not of ordered. Need to gate delivery sorted. 

The service was good. The goods were good but I was very disappointed they didn’t match. The knobs are different sizes, it was not noticeable on the pictures. I called to see if there was anything I could do and was told I could Chang them all. This can’t be done without spoiling the finish as the chest of draws knobs are stuck on. If I sent the furniture back it would cost me £80, even if I made an exchange still £80 I don’t have that kind of money to pay out for nothing. So I just have to put up with miss matched items. Over £600 and not happy. Waited a long time for something nice for my bedroom and not happy. I would like to have been made aware that it was not matching furniture.
