I placed an order for bathroom cabinets at the beginning of Dec 18 (1 mth 10 days ago) and still have not received them. Responses to my calls and email resulting "We will need 1-2 days to look into it and will get back to you" bit I never receive and update.

The shipping firm say they have not received the items from Wayfair although the Wayfair site says they have been shipped although one person I spoke to did say there was an issue but still, NO UPDATE!

This retailer is awful and I cannot believe a word they say now. They are completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs!
