Poor customer service, asked to order spare parts but no one replied after one week. When you buy a wardrobe for 1500$ you At least wants some sort of service

Very good website, great opportunity to buy furniture from Poland, but very poor customer service.

Firstly I would recommend it to friends and colleagues, but won’t do that anymore - very difficult to deal with in case of problems.

Based in UK, but not up to UK standards – won’t offer any partial refund or compensation.

I was very pleased with all aspects of VOX Furniture. I was kept up to date on the delivery time and date and the quality of the furniture was superb.

After scouring the internet for nearly four weeks looking for the perfect furniture combination I finally discovered Voxfurniture. At first I was tentative to go ahead as I had never heard of the company before, but I decided to take a chance and see how they performed. As they say delivery time is up to 21 working days but I revived furniture in 12 days. The evening before, the company rang me to confirm they would deliver (nice touch, I liked this a lot), and on the day of the delivery they arrived at the front end of the delivery time estimate. Needless to say I was impressed. The goods are of a high quality and I am extrememly pleased with my shopping experience. Good price, quality goods, excellent customer services and delivers on promises. Can't get better than that!
