In 2012 I Ordered 2 Pieces Of Bedroom Furniture, I
In 2012 I ORDERED 2 PIECES OF BEDROOM FURNITURE, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A 4 WEEK DELIVERY TIME SPAN, IT TOOK 12 WEEKS FOR THEM TO ARRIVE. WHEN THEY DID ARRIVE BOTH ITEMS WERE SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED. I CALLED THE COMPANY TO INFORM THEM OF THIS THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THE ITEMS AFTER I HAD SENT EMAIL PICTURES {WHICH I DID} THEY ONLY SENT ONE ITEM WITH THE DISTRIBUTION COMPANY. I WAS SO FURIOUS I SENT THE LOT BACK WITH THE DISTRIBUTION COMPANY. AFTER THAT I HAD HELL TO GET MY MONEY BACK. SEVERAL OCCASIONS I WAS TOLD THE MONEY HAD BEEN SENT TO MY ACCOUNT OR HEAD OFFICE WAS DEALING WITH IT OR I HAD GONE OVER MY TIME FOR A REFUND AND THAT THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOUR BY TRYING TO SORT IT OUT. WHAT A CHEEK!!! THAT WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME AFTER HAVE GIVING THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND AND HAVING THE PHONE PUT DOWN ON ME I WENT TO MY DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD LENDERS I WAS SO THANKFUL I HAD PAID THE WAY I DID OR I WOULD HAVE BEEN AT A LOSS. I AM SO GLAD THAT THIS COMPANY HAS NOW CEASED TRADING/GONE BUST BUT FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO HAS LOST OUT. THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THE MISFORTUNE THEY HAVE CAUSED TO OTHER PEOPLE.

Conmen Both At Venture Furniture & Eventure Internet
I bought a bed several months ago. After it was delivered 3 weeks late the bed was severely damaged. I asked their MD for refund and they stop returning my calls. As soon as i threatend legal action they soon paid up. I checked further into this company and they also own Eventure Internet an internet company known for ripping people off.

Extremely Dodgy Company!
You've been warned. Stay well away I've rung Trading Standards and CAB but still have no bedside tables which were ordered at the beginning of Nov. They keep fobbing me off with all kinds of excuses and now no-one is picking up the phones

I bought £1694 worth of furniture from this company back in May 2012, by August, it became apparant that they were never going to fulfill our order. I had the same lack of response as most other reviewers on this site and so rather than waste time chasing them I submitted a claim to my credit card company. At long last today (25.01.13) the credit card company paid my claim in full plus £225 compensation as they themselves were very remiss in handling our claim. For all you people considering taking similar action I would strongley advise that you initially ring your credit card company or email them using your own email provider so that you can keep a copy and also write a letter to them detailing your case, keep copies of all communication. Give the credit card company 4 weeks to sort out your claim and if you are not satisfied with the response or lack of response, then WRITE a letter to them headed COMPLAINT. Ring the credit card company a few days later and ask for confirmation that they have recieved your letter and make sure you get the name of anyone you speak to and make a note of the date and time. You then have to allow 8 weeks for the credit card company to respond. If you are not satisfied with the response or they do not respond within 8 weeks you can then refer your case to the office of the financial ombudsman. If you are not sure that you can make a claim, ring the ombudsman and they will be happy to advise you. Above all DO NOT buy from this company, infact it may not be possible to buy from them now as other reviewers report they are no longer answering the phone. BE WARNED

Absolute rip off " I read the reviews and so wished I heeded there advice ! Took the money and delivered inferior goods and when tried to call just an answer machine " please do not buy from this cowboy outfit as you will regret it as I do now

Hi doesn't matter what type of card you used you can get your money back. Call citizens advice or trading standards.
I'd check with our bank you should be ok with a debit card
Hi if you want your money back contact citizens advise and your bank. Doesn't even matter if you didn't pay by visa as you can apply for a refund through the distance selling act. They will tell you step by step how to go about gretting your money back. I processed a claim against the company last week and my bank have advised full refund to me by Friday. Even if you received the goods and they are wrong and damaged you can get every penny back you paid.

Like so many others I have paid out hundreds of pounds to this company and never recieved any goods. Both their direct shop number and customer service number go to same voicemail - but you cant leave a message now as the message box is full.
I previsouly left several voice messages and sent 2 emails to the info and sales addresses - absolutely nothing in repsonse.
Having read the reviews on here and other sites it would appear I am another victim of these fraudsters :(

Is This Even A Genuine Company?
Having taken my money they told me the tables were out of stock. ( they tell you theyre in stock until youve paid up) Now they wont return money, dont answer emails and the phone doesnt get answered. I suspect this is just a box number somewhere and the company doesnt actually exist. Fortunately I paid by credit card so hopefully they will get my money back. This is basically online theft.

The Order Never Arrived, No Money Back.
I placed my order on Nov. Coffee table was in stock, 7-14 days to deliver but it never arrived :( They do not answer to my e-mails now.
I reported a fraud to actionfraud.
