I have now placed several orders from this site and have been given really impressive service for each. The attention to customer care is really special and not something you expect to find these days, with regular order updates and various courtesy calls.

I originally used their live help to query certain things regarding the brown ottoman beds in single. The man i chatted to was helpful and quick to respond I placed the order later that day and received a courtesy call and tracking code within 2-3 hours. The beds were delivered the next day in the early afternoon, really incredible speed! My only gripe was that one of the beds was delivered with a part missing, although, when i informed them of this, a replacement was sent out and delivered the next morning after. The ottoman beds are good quality and i now have room for all my spare clothes!

What a great experience, I ordered a storage bed online and got delivery the next day in the afternoon. Someone called me almost immediately after i did the order to confirm it had been processed. The same person rang me later in the afternoon to tell me it was on its way and provided a tracking code. He then called again in the morning to let me know it was a PM slot and again the same day, early evening, to see if delivery arrived safely. And then, a few days later I think, he called again to make sure i liked the product, really was superb and completely unexpected. I can safely say that I have never had so many customer service calls! I was a bit skeptical on the bed as I could not find any reviews but having got it assembled, its really good quality and has loads of space. You do loose a bit of space at the back where the lift bit is but apart from that you can get loads of stuff in, so i would have to say its certainly worth the money The major downside to the order was that the website was quite slow at times moving between pages so that was a little annoying but the payment part was pretty easy Overall, the support and after sales service was incredible and a great credit to the company. All together, i think I got 5 calls from start to finish checking delivery times, making sure delivery came, really quite something! And the speed of delivery was scary I am 100% sure I would order from them again

Over all, I am very happy with totally beds, It was pretty easy to order on the website, and I even got a 5% discount code sent to me so I saved a fair bit of money too! I particularly liked the live chat system that they have. The guy on the other end stayed late after hours and gave me some really good advice on the bed and even convinced me to purchase a lower priced bed!! Delivery was efficient and earlier than expected. I made the order at about 12 noon the following day and it turned up the next day at 9.30am and the delivery man had no problem bringing the boxes in so I was please with that The bed itself is really solid and was fairly straight forward to assemble, and I am yet to experience any problems with it. I was always kept informed about my order by the guy in sales and he was always polite. As I say, I am happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from totally beds if the need came about.
