Overpriced Products, Rude Staff
Couldn't possibly recommend this company for any part of their service. I purchased 12 shoe boxes (for an extortionate price as it transpired when they arrived - they all required individual self-assembly). It became apparent after we began assembling them that the white boxes (the site offered two colour ways) were each missing a bag of screws. I emailed the company about this and received no reply. So 2 days later my husband phoned them. As other reviewers have mentioned, he spoke to a very hostile man who behaved as though a customer query was an inconvenience and an irritation! No apology was volunteered for sending out a short order (for a high price). This outfit that is best avoided or at least approached with extreme caution - unless you enjoy paying inflated prices for substandard goods and rude service.

Terrible customer service. When I ordered an item and it was delayed by 2 months, there was no apology, even when I asked for one!

Not Interested In Customers' Problems With Their Products
I took a canvas shelf stack that hangs from a wardrobe rail back to this company, having purchased a number of items, to show staff how the product had disintegrated after four months and to explain how a similar product from Homebase has been constructed in a different way and was more robust. Staff appeared not to be able to listen: I was not asking for a return or refund because I had lost my receipt but was merely showing them the problem so that they could look after future customers. The experience was so ridiculous that I would never shop with the company again. I was treated as a trouble maker and the reaction to my calm comments was defensive and overblown. Incidentally, when I bought the product, a customer was having a row in the shop about being overcharged on his account and was finding that staff were trying to fob him off rather than listen to his problem.
