Awful, I would avoid Space2 at all costs. This week, finally after 3 months has my order with Space2 been completed (if you can call it that). We ordered a number of wardrobes only for:

+ The delivery being cancelled the day before by the courier, apparently on instruction from Space2 because one of 20 + boxes was damaged.

+ Of what was then delivered, every wardrobe was damaged. However, we accepted a discount to keep two which were not significantly damaged and returned another.

+ After three subsequent 'new' wardrobes being delivered to replace the significantly damaged one, all of which were damaged, a refund was finally given for the wardrobe.

+ Waited about 2 months for delivery of two chest of drawers to find that some parts were not new (nail holes in the wood).

Communication with the 'customer service center' (which is actually just one person) is very difficult and it always seemed that the person that knew anything was either on holiday or just out of the office. Trying to phone is often impossible so email is generally the way to go. However, be warned Space2 have a tendency to reply at 4:59pm each day (they close at 5pm) so don't expect anything to happen quickly.

Oh and I must not forget to mention, if you request a refund after a certain time, it requires their director to approve it. Just hope that that one person isn't on holiday for 3 weeks when you want your refund!

I'm not a fan of Ikea but if you're expecting better quality from Space2, then forget it. All in all, we have been very disappointed and feel incredibly let down and I won't be so dismissive of the cheaper, better service & quality of other retailers.

I have just taken delivery of 2 drawer units and 2 bedside cabinets in Country Rose White. They are sturdy and well made and excellent value for money. They were around £100 cheaper than the same items on other web sites.

Although the delivery was a little delayed due to an item being out of stock, the communication and delivery arrangements were really well organized and I was kept informed.

Whilst searching for appropriate furniture for a guest room, I came across this website. Having had a bad experience before with online shopping I was a tad wary....however the descriptions and photographs were really helpful, and when I made a query it was answered immediately. Still with some trepidation I placed the order, however the service, delivery and quality of the items was superb, even 'the Husband' was impressed.

Good value for money, would definitely use them again. The only niggle I have is that I would have liked a mirror to hang on the wall in the same wood effect and unfortunately the only one availabe was a dressing table mirror, never mind it's only an observation.

From the moment I stumbled across this web-site I fell in love with the bedroom furniture. My only problem was deciding which style and which configuration to go for. When I made my decision it was simple to order and the delivery came very quickly. The delivery men carried all the boxes into the room where I was going to do the furniture building which was a great help - 22 very heavy boxes! The Customer Service team informed me that there were 2 boxes missing from the delivery because of a supply issue. This didn't matter because there was still plenty I could build. The ladies in Customer Service did a fantastic job. The supplier changed the delivery date a couple of times and each time I was kept fully informed. I realised I had ordered some shelving that I didn't actually need. Again, great Customer Service and the part was collected from me at no extra charge. I now have a set of bedroom furniture that I am proud of. It looks fantastic. Just like on the web site. I have no hesitation in recommending the quality, the price and the Customer Service.

I received my order with a damaged part and emailed Space2 to inform them of the problem. I received a reply within half an hour from an advisor informing me that a new part will be sent to me. I have today had confirmation the part has been dispatched, less than 24 hours of me sending the email.

That's what I called 'Customer Service'!

She has been most efficient throughout the process. Thank you.

The website was is easy to navigate, prices and details of each item are listed very clearly.

On the back of this it helped me plan my home office and well within budget.

Delivery was swift and everyhing was delivered together.

Assembly was straight forward, as the instructions where very clear even to the flat pack novice like me.

I can pick NO fault with Space2's service, or quality of the items I bought.

Although I would like to see soft closing draws and doors as well as rolled edge surfaces as I have in my kitchen, but thats me being really picky.

I am someone who would prefer to buy a lovely old wardrobe rather than a shiny new one, but my son doesn't agree. Modular and minimalist is what he wanted. OK I said but you'll have to build it yourself, and I don't want to have to make a trip to a 'store'. Well here we are a few weeks later and everyone is happy. The order went through, the delivery drivers turned up when they said they would, my son with some guidance assembled the wardrobe himself (he's 16), we contacted the online help twice and they were very knowledgable and acted quickly. Perhaps some of the assembly diagrams could be a little sharper and more detailed, but we've ended up with exactly what we wanted. It's always a worry spending money online with a company the first time around, but I will have every confidence in my dealings with Space 2 in the future.

I recently purchased the Romantic French style Ivory bedroom furniture set and I love it! I ordered the wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and the mirror and it all looks lovely together. It is exactly what I was looking for very rustic with period features, good quality and at a good price. Also received excellent customer service from the team. Thank you.

I ordered a few items from the black gloss study furniture range - I am very pleased with the furniture. They look exactly as they do in the photos on the website and are easy to put together. They look very clean and modern. I had to wait a little while longer for one part to be delivered as it was unavailable which I was initially unaware of but it arrived just a few days after my first delivery. Overall pleased with purchase and would recommend!

I ordered two double two single wardrobes with end panels and plinths along with two bedside cabinets in grey high gloss and all I can say is that they are wonderful.

The items arrived on time undamaged, with easy to follow instructions and with a basic DIY knowledge the furniture was soon erected. Lovely quality and very sturdy solid furniture.

I would highly recommend Space 2 and would not hesitate to buy furniture from them again.
