I ordered over £5000 sofa sets at Kirkcaldy branch. After 5 months of waiting, the items were finally delivered, but a few items were missing. I have tried all the methods (e.g. phone calls, emails) to contact the customer service and required for refund. Sadly, nothing had happened although I was told that someone would get in touch to discuss about it every time.

The waiting time for getting through the customer helpline is about 2 hours. The responding time for receiving an email is about 1 month. Please avoid this company if you can. As more and more frustrating customers are emerged, I do hope that the trading authorities could do something and monitor the substandard services of Sofology.
