Paid £3000 for a leather suite ,when it was delivered i tried to send it back it was so badly made ,poor stiching ,rubbish leather it was nothing like the showroom display model ,sent all my images to Sofology customer services but got no where ,they fobbed me off with every complaint ,they actually told me that the arm was wrinkled because the skin had come from the cows belly and it was natural ,after 11 emails and many phone calls i gave up they are the most horrible company i have ever dealt with,beware cause what you see in the showroom isnt what will be delivered ,i am now considering buying another suite as the Sofology rubbish looks so bad .
