Was initially very happy with sofa when it arrived, however the feet were not colour we expected being a very pale blonde colour instead of the stained look on the website. In addition it gives the appearance of a gap between sofa and feet because the sofa lining sits on top of feet and gives impression of a gap. We rang Sofology and were told Head Office would contact. We were called back shortly afterwards by a person who did not identify himself and who did not have our name correct and who obviously had no information on the sofa we had ordered. His manner was both vague and unprofessional. He informed us it would cost 29.95 to replace EACH foot saying that we needed 4 (when the sofa has 6).We asked why we could not just exchange the feet for the darker feet and he replied very abruptly and sarcastically that they had been used. THE SOFA HAD BEEN IN THE HOUSE LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! He asked us to send photos of the sofa but said we would still be charged for the exchange so what is the point. We have gone from being very happy with our purchase and wanting to buy an additional 2 seater and chair to being very disappointed by an uncaring and very unprofessional attitude to our problem. We are now going to stain the feet ourselves and will not be buying any additional items from the range. So, for the sake of somebody not being caring enough to do the right thing they have lost out on another 2,000 pounds worth of custom. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING SOFOLOGY TO ANYONE.
