Watchdog here we come

After 12 months of complaining it took a 1 star review on here for them to sit up and listen. An engineer came out to have a look at the Fellini sofas and instantly said they were of poor quality. He showed me the message he had which was to fix a blemish as a good Will gesture. What an insult. The blemish was just one of the things wrong with it.
Sofology then offered us a credit note to the value of the sofa which wasn’t a credit note really we were still paying for it. If we then decided to go fo a more expensive option we would have to pay that in full.
I asked for a refund which is my legal right they said, with that request processed they will be collecting the sofas this Thursday the 20th of December there for will be leaving my 80 year old parents who are coming for Christmas dinner WITHOUT ANYTHING TO SIT ON. Ah well we have sat mostly on the floor for the last 12 months because of the sheer uncomfortable sitting positions of the sofas.
