We purchased a sofa 6 months ago from Sofology Oldham , within a month reported issues of a baggy nature to the seating cushions , We then had a Sofology engineer attended, who instructed us that the sofa cushions would need manipulation back into place after every use and that’s how it was . We have complained to Sofology regarding this high maintenance issue , there reply being , The engineers report is final ,
My advise would be to avoid , Sofology, obviously 3k didn’t get you much !!!!
