This was our second order from Sofology and we were not disappointed. We had a corner suite off them a year ago. The staff at Cannock are fabulous, no pressure or pushy sales people, you are even offered a cuppa, bonus!! Ordered a settee and chair before Christmas, arrived has promised, with full tracking details and ETA provided, brilliant service.
Noticed some issues with one on the cushions, spoke to Sofology, a new one was received within weeks and with the offer if we are unable fit to call them back and they would send someone out! A new problem noted with the filling and again, nothing was too much trouble for them. The call handler was professional, polite and went over my issue and reassured me that she would resolve the issue today. Result, problem solved and my concerns addressed.
