Really happy with simply bar stools. Managed to get a great deal the other week. Received in time and built before Christmas to give as a present. Only complaint, it's hard to wrap for Christmas! ;)

I received an exclusive Newsletter about a Black Friday Deal for Simply Bar Stools. I went onto their site, and typed in the discount code. Nice and easy, not a problem. I then needed to call Customer Service as I couldn't find a specific colour of a stool. I spoke to Bernice, she helped me find the Green Stool I wanted. Checkout took a few minutes, but I did get next day delivery. Bar Stool was reasonably easy to put together (it's more of a two man job) but it works and is quite comfy.

The delivery service was excellent, the stools arrived before the email, saying that they were dispatched!! We have not used them as of yet as they are for when we move house.

Slight dent and scratched base of the stools on arrival but didn't want to go to the bother of packing back up and returning. Very easy to assemble and suit the purpose. Overall good value.

Great website, found exactly what we wanted and the 2 for 1 offer presented great value for money so we ordered 4 stools. Delivery as promised the next working day and packaged well to avoid any damage. Easy, straightforward assembly, however when we use the gas lift a black plastic (polypropylene / polyethylene locating collar drops down to the base of the stool. Every attempt to relocate it back into the leg fails every time you use the gas lift again. Unfortunately this occurs on all 4 stools. Any advice to prevent this from happening? It doesn't look great, but everything else is perfect.

The stools were just as I wanted-- colour and size It's-a pity about the postage arrangements How come Northern Ireland is not classed as offshore mainland Britain A least the post office don't yet make any differance when posting throughout theUnited Kingdom

The stools were really easy to put together and look great, only one small issue was the black slide protector slipped down on 3 of the stools anhad to be re glued

very happy with the first 2 stools and ordered 2 more afterwards for a neighbour who was very impressed. Very prompt delivery also.

We have been looking for this product for some time to match our zebrano kitchen units.All seemed well until on close inspection we found damage to the edges of the stool seats caused by metal components hitting the wooden seats. The staff at simply barstools responded very quickly and sent two replacement seats, however these were badly mis-matched, almost as if they were made of different woods. I sent a photo of the seats and asked if anything could be done to help us, and again a replacement seat was sent out immediately. The main complaint I have is that the packaging seemed inadequate for courier delivery and I think more padding is required to stop the damage to the stool seats. Now we are completely satisfied. The attitude of the gentleman who dealt with our concern was exemplary.

Saw bar stools in a shop and they were £85 each. I decided to look on line first before ordering and am glad I did as the exact same product was £59 and two for £100 - a saving of £70! They arrived promptly but one of them had a nasty glue mark on base and a scratch. It obviously hadn't been checked. However I made a call and a new base was posted out to me which I received two days later. This also had a scratch on but I decided to keep the stools because I am so pleased with them in every other way. They are very comfortable and look amazing.

2 of the stools were damaged. I sent a email via the website form but has no response. I phoned up after a few days and was dealt with very efficiently. I am now awaiting delivery of the 2 damaged parts.

The stools arrived as expected, however they were not a matching pair. I contacted customer services who couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged to re deliver the correct item and collect the wrong one. The replacement however was also wrong. Again customer services were very helpful and at the third attempt I received the stools I ordered.

The delivery was delayed but I did receive a phone call to advise me. When I received the bar table and stools they were very good and easy to assemble. I would use simply bar stools again.
