We purchased our standard back 4 seater sofa a couple of years ago now. We initially had a problem with the back cushions getting out of shape. SCS sent someone out who filled the cushions with more filler.
This remedied the situation for a while but it has since returned.

We paid extra for foam seats, I only wish this option was available for the back cushions as the sofa looks mishapen and is terribly uncomfortable.

We regularly plump the cushions but it doesnt really make much of a difference.

My advice would be not to buy a standard back sofa from SCS and spend a bit more money on something with a more robust and sturdier back.
