I bought two 3 seaters raspberry leather recliners with accidental damage insurance, bought them in jan/2010, a small hole on one,put claim in, dec/2011 i`m STILL waiting for it to be fixed. so to all those buying any products from SCS Dont bother, once you have paid for your product, they dont want to know you or your problem

please tell us how you get on with her offer of help. then we can all find out whether or not this is a genuine offer to resolve your problem or another one of scs,s tactics to fool potential customers into thinking this is a responsible company who take their customer,s complaints seriously.
