It's Friday the 13th and I've just received a letter saying they have cease trading from the 12th, some of my order received, but a single wardrobe should have been delivered on the 22nd September, so so mad, monies taken and no wardrobe, just hope I can get the same product elsewhere!!!! absolutely disgusted in this company!!!!!

Going Into Voluntary Liquidation
received a letter on the 13th Sept 2013 advising they ceased trading on the 12th Sept 2013 and they were going into voluntary liquidation. I have advised credit card company, trading standards and Companies House. I have been mugged for over £700 and only hope the credit card company can get my money back.
No Item, No Money, No Communication!!!
I ordered table and chairs a month ago, delivery date is past. No money, no communication, they dont answer emails, and i have no idea what to do. The item was paid by my father, who leaves abroad, and don't think he can claim money back .. I am very angry and upset with this people. I think i just have lost more than £600.

Do Not Order From These People!
I ordered bunk beds from this AWFUL 'company' on 19th August 2013 and have regretted it since. The website 'looked' ok and we received a confirmation of order immediately saying 'Thank you for your order and payment had been accepted'. After a few days I called the company as delivery was said to be 5-10 days and I was keen to organise things especially as I'd heard nothing from roomstogo. They pay another messaging service company to take their calls who answer 'roomstogo' but have absolutely nothing to do with the company and just say they will pass your message on. Like other angry customers this farce goes on until after several days of calling them and sending emails I decided to research the company. I was appalled and upset to see it was very probably that we had been tricked as other people had experienced the same problems trying to contact them and they never received delivery of their furniture. I immediately emailed the company to inform 'whoever' that we no longer wished to continue our order and would be seeking a refund. We called the credit card company and will hopefully be reimbursed once the credit card fraud team complete their investigation. I have contacted many people about roomstogo including West Yorkshire Trading Standards and Watchdog. This is a lesson well learned. I must also comment on how customer reviews for this company are either given 1 star or 5 stars. Very strange.

Zero Communication After Payment. No Item.
Website looked ok, checked out Companies House reg., ordered, received confirmation email. Then nothing. No item, no update, no response to enquiries, calls answered by an outsourced company. Delivery estimate date came and went. THEN I started looking at the reviews. This made me take immediate action....
Called my bank and explained the situation....they returned the money from the company to me almost immediately upon request. I was advised in these cases that the company then has 60 days to object to the refund on two grounds only: 1) the item was delivered by them 2) they have already given a refund. Never heard back from the company so I've got my refund and learnt a good lesson! BUYERS BEWARE.

Worst Company Ever To Deal With
I ordered a midi sleeper child's bed from this so called "company" and its been by biggest mistake!!!!! The so called "company" have never returned my endless calls in a whole calendar month!!!! Disgraceful service. My husband and I are wondering if this is actually a fraudulent company as they wont even return my numerous phone calls or emails to find out what is happening with the child's bed I ordered!!!!! Since using my credit card with this company my credit card is now being investigated by our Bank's Fraud Squad as there are other items from various companies which we never ordered and this has only happened since we used our credit card on their website to pay for the bed!!!! Nothing but stress and hassle purchasing a bed from this company!!!! Do yourself a favour and buy your furniture from a reputable company
No One To Speak To
Bunk beds ordered weeks ago, no confirmation, can only speak to a diverted answering service. Don't answer emails. In USA STG are fab as have bought loads from them, here they are a disaster, avoid like the plague

Worst Company Ever
We ordered bunk beds from rooms to go for out girls on the 15/07/2013 as of 08/08/2013 we still have not received the bunk bed, not only that, we have had no correspondence from rooms to go as to when we can expect our delivery, the only think we have had is a conformation of our order when they took our £850 from us. I have been calling them for 2 weeks now an only ever get a 'messaging service' team who can put details through to rooms to go and ask for someone to contact us back (which they never do). Their website says delivery is between 10-15 days depending on stock levels but as I said we have ha nothing from them to even say they don't have it just now and our order will be delayed, they have given us absolutely nothing. And now that I am angry and only ever getting through to the messaging service, they now hang up on me when I inform
Them I shall contact trading standards.
Don't be a fool, do not buy from this company, this is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. Very disappointing

Very Poor Customer Service
We bought a sofa from this company less than a year ago and the middle collapsed after just a few months use. When you call their 'customer service' number you get a messaging service only. All they can do is keep taking your messages asking someone, anyone, to return your calls. I did this three times, before emailing them through the website - still no reply. A few weeks had now passed, and so I called again, left another message ......... one month on and still absolutely nothing from the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Lowest Price Stompa Beds!!
We found roomstogo when searching for a new bed. The Stompa beds were by far the cheapest we could find when we searched. Delivery was 3-4 weeks which was OK. The product is brilliant, very strong and sturdy and does look very nice indeed.
