Nightmare service.
Bought table & chairs (nearly £2k). Delivery date they gave me was 21 November. Stayed in but nothing arrived and they did not contact me.
Eventually rearranged delivery for following week but when it arrived delivery bloke told me table was faulty and needed to be returned. I kept the chairs.
Delivery was arranged again for today but delivery bloke told me he didn't have all the parts on board so he wouldn't be able to assemble it. Delivery arranged again for this Friday - I'll let you know if OK.
Along the way I got the impression from them that things go wrong very often. When I spoke to a customer services manager (Rickard something) I asked for a director level person but he told me that they were not "customer facing". Maybe that's their problem - they feel no pain at the top and clearly have no wish to get involved with their customers.
