This review relates to delivery and customer service.
Ordered corner sofa in October 2021. Delivery date was February. Week before delivery, OFL delayed delivery - re-booked for early April. Sofa was delivered on the date and time promised, so that bit was good, only slight problem was the corner piece for the sofa was missing. Refused delivery. Customer service thereafter pointless and deeply frustrating - the only option was to book a new delivery date at the end of April. OFL don't seem to care about the immense inconvenience and frustration their incompetence has caused. I can only hope that all the right pieces are delivered at the third attempt. No doubt they're happy to have had our £2K for six months without actually delivering the furniture. Avoid this company.
