The after sales by this firm is apauling, i ordered goods to the tune of £1500 when arrived they were very poor quality nothing like what is on display in local store.

On inspection there was 2 damaged items, phoned them up they required photos as per their terms and conditions? i asked for replacements and they refused but would arrange a company to repair, how you can repair dents and splinters i dont know.

They wanted £50 per item for me to sent their damaged goods back.

I have never known customer service like it, this furniture is knocked up in India to a very poor standard and quality.

Keep well away buy from a reputable high street store so you know should you have a problem it will be dealt with proffessionally.

This outfit is a complete joke
