Excellent Quality & Service

Enjoyed visiting the store, don't feel pressured by sales people, but they let you know they are there if you need help. Was offered coffee and then left to wander. I knew what I was looking for just wanted to check all the other options. Chose a sideboard and display cabinet from the Shey range.
Order details were taken by the sales person. My only negative is that they didn't explain the delivery options, I was just charged £39 for delivery. As I understand it there is a free delivery option.
Delivery was excellent, plenty of communication from company and delivery drivers. Couldn't get over how well packaged the items were, no chance of any damage occuring whilst in transit. Tons of packaging afterwards. Might be useful if company offered an unpacking and removal of packaging option (similar to AO.com).
Items were perfect and look lovely.
I would definitely recommend the company and their products.
