Terrible customer service coffee table arrived with large unsightly mark on top. Customer service refuse to do anything about and are insisting we pay £50 to return it even though it is faulty (they are saying it isn’t).

The whole customer service experience was terrible and could not talk to manager or supervisor.

I would not buy from this company unless you are happy to have unsightly furniture in your home.
