We ordered a leather Eames lounger and ottoman, and were amazed with great wood finish and leather quality. Arrived on Time and exceptional quality, Looks great in our living room.

Eames chair delivered in two shipments but second shipment delayed and no communication. Major issues on quality control, not able to screw in base plate as missing holes and no thread, base of chair scratched, told it had to be accepted that some problems occur as hand made ! Finally second shipment arrived and back of chair screwed together with a 2" gap on alignment, clearly no quality control, just coming straight out of Chinese factory with no regard for finished product. Advised I would have to wait at least 4 weeks for replacement. Promised call back and nothing, now having to chase again

Recently purchased the Eames chair and ottoman set from MoDecor in the UK. Quality of the set was excellent as I have compered to a friend's Herman Miller Eames set. Service and communication were outstanding and I received my chair in Texas within 4 days. Packing was also excellent. Excellent seller.

My Dad had a eames chair from modecor since 2011, even after 2 years it has great stunning look. I am sure they are using best available leather. Last week i bought one for my living room and arrived next day. Thanks again modecor for great product on reasonable price.

I ordered an eames style chair on Sunday evening. It arrived on the Tuesday. Tracking excellent. Help instant when I lost tracking email. Chair great. Only gripe is that box said 'black chair'. I had ordered a white one. It turned out to be white.

I ordered 2 barcelona chairs and an ottoman from Miami and received them in about 2 weeks. Excellent quality, they took care of a snag at customs within 24 hours, the delivery came the day before it was due, well packaged. The chairs look great. Excellent quality. I had previously ordered the same thing from a highly rated company in the US and after the 4th 4-6 week delay they offered to send half the order. I cancelled with the other company, tried this one and I still can't believe that an international company did so much better.
