Where Are They
I still wait for my refund promised 7 April 2012? Their website mercuro is not longer, can anyone help me to find this company location, to THE location?
No Goods. No Refund.
This is the worst experience I have had with any company. Ordered table and chairs way back at the begining of April 2012, initially they e-mailed me confirming that the items were in stock, and would delivered in 5-15 working days. Next day got another e-mail 'Suppliers have made an error, chairs not in stock until May'. I was willing to wait until then, but,..BIG MISTAKE. Because now, Mercuro had more reasons why they could not send me my goods: 'Container has been delayed', 'Misunderstanding with our suppliers and couriers', 'For some reason the couriers are failing to collect your order', etc,etc.. All of these numerous e-mails back and forth went on through Spring, Summer, Autumn, and now, we are in Winter. I have cancelled my order since the end of October, after few more e-mails back and forth, they say they have refunded my money. 2 weeks on (December 7th), and I'm still waiting for the refund. This company needs to get it's act together, or it will go bankrupt!!

Do Not Order - They Cannot Supply And Cannot Refund!
Ordered a kitchen cupboard/wine rack in September. Kept in touch with them throughout the period and received assurances that the order was underway. Now that the 10 weeks has expired they admit they cannot supply and cannot provide a refund!
This is either a scam of longstanding or a company that is finally folding after months/years of bad management. The incompetents in charge will no doubt resurface under another name within weeks.
This company has stretched my patience to the limit, waiting since April....don't think they'll last much longer.
This Company Are A Joke ! Do Not Use Them !!
I ordered a wardrobe back in September 2012 and have still not revceived it !!
In the end last week I just had enough and cancelled the order. Whenever you contact them - they just ask you to wait a bit longer. But clearly have no intention of delivering your goods - they just want to hold onto your money for as long as they can.
NOW I have been told the refund will take 10 working days - can you imgaine a decent company like M
Don't Go Near This Company!!
I ordered two items at the end of June. Four months later there was still no sign of the goods. Every time I chased (no updates from the company) I was given some lame excuse and another false promise of "another 10-15 working days". I have now cancelled my order and, of couse, am still waiting for a refund.
The company is a joke - it has no stock, woeful customer service and simply cannot supply the goods it advertises. Do NOT give these people your money!!!

my wife ordered and paid for 2 items and over 2 months later and a false promise of delivery on their timescale of 5-15 days, still no goods.
the company seems like cowboys just taking our money with only odd email to fob us off for a while longer.
i have contacted Watchdog and am taking this further, i am not interested in the reply emails Murcuro post on here as they are similar to those they repeatedly offer when you enquire to the whereabouts of the goods.

in our maximum efforts for the best possible resolution to your queries.
all rubbish, keeping you happy excuses. the maximum efforts they put in to their "valued customers" are empty promises and NO "resolutions" are accepteble except a full refund which they continually sherk from paying their "valued customers"

On Time Delivery - Pleasantly Surprised
I was a bit worried about the delivery timeline as I had seen negative comments about this so when the person who replied to my email said it would be the following week I was pleasantly surprised and even more so when it arrived on time!

Great Chairs
Very comfortable chairs for the back. Lovely Oak frame. Downside is the Faux-Leather. It was not written in the description and I assumed it was leather. However I would have bought them even with Faux and don't regret it as they are fantastic. Also it was delivered in just a week!!Thank you.

Product was competitively priced, delivered quickly, nothing missing (!) and exactly as advertised; customer service via email was exemplary.
