After receiving not 1 but 2 sofas that had made it through “ quality control “ and were deemed improperly filled by an expert sent by Made; the company organised a return and offered a £100 voucher as a goodwill gesture. They then changed this to a voucher if I spent £1000 with them, as they “ don’t offer goodwill gestures or compensation”- after this awful experience I obviously won’t!
DONT TRUST THEM- poor quality goods, and very unethical company to deal with.
