I have written this review to avoid someone else having the same problem as me.

I ordered £2885 worth of furniture from luxuryfurniturecompany, robsonfurniture.

I have never received my goods and I have been waiting for over 1 week for a refund.

Throughout this ordeal has continually given excuses, first with delivery dates and now with processing the refund. His lies are elaborate and quite frankly ridiculous.

Incidentally, his limited company Robson Interiors Ltd went into liquidation on 4th May 2022.

I have opened a case with the small claims court on Saturday 14th May and can provide an email trail and whats app messages to back up my review if required.
