Ordered 2 Grosvenor Wardrobes and a Chest of Drawers prior to having an en-suite built into our main bedroom, so had to work around how the job progressed. Liaised regularly with lovefurnitureuk during the period, eventually selecting a delivery date and time. Having had little experience of purchasing furniture items on-line my wife and I were somewhat unsure of the experience and outcome. Any concerns we had were totally erased when we took delivery of our goods. The service provided, the quality/appearance of the Grosvenor units we can only but say as being "excellent". The lads that delivered it were prompt, friendly and assembled all pieces as promised taking away all packaging.Product looks stunning and any concerns about quality were dispelled.

Ordered Deco Alfresco 5 Piece High Back Modular Sofa Set for next day delivery. Ordered at 8.30am and recived goods at 11.30am next day. The goods came on a pallet and was dropped in my drive as explained because it was a next day delivery. There was no extra cost i might add for next day and I live in Scotland so i am extremely delighted with the service from love furniture uk. The goods were very well packed and for the price the quality of the sofa set is outstanding. Thank you love furniture uk for the service, price and quality product.

Ordered Deco Alfresco 7 Piece High Back Sofa Cube Set. This is a great quality set and I'm very happy with it. The only small gripes I have is I didn't receive any delivery information and had to contact love furniture UK on a couple of occasions to get a delivery date. It arrived 7 days after order, which was great. It was delivered to the roadside and not set up and the packaging wasn't removed as advertised on their website. This wasn't a problem for me as I was able to assemble the item and dispose of the waste. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Love Furniture UK.

Can't believe how excellent the service was, communication excellent, ordered on Sunday, delivered by Wednesday. The outdoor sofa is superb quality with a modular settee and 2 chairs which has an excellent coffee table with then has a cushion so that it can be used as part of the daybed. Just a FAntastic quanity purchase at a great price. Will definitely use lovefurnitureuk.com again without hesitation! Garden centres etc have nothing to match the quality and modern design of this! It is not often I leave reviews for companies, however after the service I received from LoveFurniture.co.uk I felt compelled to do so. I bought the White Akita sliding coffee table to complete my recently decorated living room, The whole process was simple from start to finish. I found the web site clean and simply to use, easily locating the delivery time frames. The website stated FREE delivery for the coffee table in around 2 weeks. Due past experiences and being let down from similar sites, I prepared for the worst and had 4 weeks in my mind-at least and some form of hidden costs To my surprise within 3 days I had received a call to arrange my FREE delivery-Fantastic, already 1 up on everyone else! However the service didn't stop there, not only had my coffee table been delivered for free in 7 days, LoveFurniture.co.uk actually assembled it in my Living room for no extra cost (Just a couple of Bru's!), not being an avid in DIY skills, this was a huge weight of my shoulders, simply due to the quality of the item! Delivery chaps superb and thanks to the lovely young lad for taking his shoes off at the door! May has arranged a repeat order discount so I will be back within the month for something else.

I called ahead of placing the order to ask if the wardrobe could be put int the room and she told me it came included in the service for free. I looked online and she was right, I also realised they also took packaging away too. Two men came and did all the work for me and left with the wardrobe ready for me to put the clothes in. Very much recommended and a nice honest business with pleasant people. Priced well and the service goes above and beyond.

I cannot praise this company enough. I couldn't decide which bed I wanted so rang up the contact centre and the girl was great and helped me make the right decision. Delivery went smoothly and was assembled in my bedroom and packaging taken away which is perfect as I live on my own. Will defiantly been purchasing some more items and have been eyeing up some of the garden lovelies...

Fantastic online experience, although this company take a little longer than bigger websites their customer service is much more personable. I ordered a bistro set last week and have just had it delivered, placed in the garden and all packaging nearly taken away. I will be back for the plant pots soon!!

I love this site! I found this through a facebook link and loved it straight away. OK so I spent less than £200 but the service was incredible. Delivery is a little longer than bigger websites but as it is free and I was in no rush that was fine - I will say though that they offer free assembly which ok so I ordered a chair but had I ordered one of their bigger wardrobes or something would have been amazing service! Overall I loved the feel of their website and will be back next pay day!
