Order sofa last Xmas still have not received, no refund, no contact either by phone or email.Just want my money and definitely not recommend to anyone.
It is heart breaking to read all these poor reviews as I am also one of many customers they have stolen from - paid #539GBP for a sofa in Feburary 2013. Up to now, received no sofa, no refund, no call, no email reply, nothing. Should I sue in county court? Maybe we all should, however no guarantee of receiving a penny back. I've complained to Tower Hamlets Trading Standard, as this is where the company office are based. I urge everyone to make a formal complaint to them - as something might eventually be done in regard to these rogue traders.

Paid Lfs Since Dec 2012, Till Today Same Old Story
paid LFS since dec 2012, till today same old story. phone calls never returned, emails ignored. lies upon lies upon lies. i still wonder how this company is still in business in the UK with all the reviews that i have just read. wish i had seen them before. never listen to the lady with the wannabe english accent. we all should leave our computers and call or write the the standard organization that handle corrupt business.

No Sofa No Refund
After 10 months I have not recived a sofa or a refund. Calls are not returned and emails are not responded to. Staff cannot deal with querries or complaints and find it very dificult to eplain what is wrong within the company. This makes it hard for the customer to help the staff resolve the issues. The manageronly works there from 4pm to 5pm each day and all decisions need to go through him. It's a shame as they appeard to do so well when they first opened but now appear to have grown to big to quickly.

Disgrace!!!!! Worst Company Ever!!!!
Purchased a leather Halcyon corner sofa from LFS through KGB Deals last August(2012). On April 17(2013) whilst watching TV a large spring shot out of the underneath and the sofa sunk (i'm only 12 stone by the way). After contacting LFS and emailing them a picture of the damage i was told by a woman an upholsterer would come out to evaluate the product. It took 2 weeks of continuous pestering for this to happen. A nice lad from Rainbow upholstery informed me the sofa was faulty in numerous ways and was not fit for purpose.
1. Each seat pan was only supported by 3 springs when should be 5.
2. The sofa had not been coated to prevent fraying of the stitching.
3. A wooden support underneath the chaise was in 2 pieces.
He emailed his report to LFS the next day.
Now, 8 WEEKS on since the spring collapsed and LFS have still not collected this piece of JUNK!!
I am LIVID, i have constantly been on the phone to them only to be fobbed off by a lying woman and (CHRISTOPHE) who can only say " if you leave a message the manager will get back to you". NEVER HAPPENS
I dont even know if he exsists.
After repeated complaints to KGB they have agreed to refund my money before the sofa is returned but i am still left unable to buy a new one until this piece of junk is collected. After reading other reviews here i want this Mickey Mouse company investigating so its on to trading standards now. PLEASE do not touch this company with a barge pole, they are a DISGRACE!!!

Usless - Lying - Terrible Sofa
Order this deal through Wowcher at the begining of Novemember 2012 all seemed OK. Waited for the expected delivery time window to open then began chasing the company. Called them every second day and was fed all sorts of lies and promises. We did eventually get the sofa 6 MONTHS later but it was very very low quality and is already deteriorating.
Do not buy from this company, i am not even sure how they are still operating.

Worst Customer Experience Ever!!!
Also ordered a leather footstool, and waited nearly seven months. I've written many emails, most of which have been ignored, and made countless phone calls during which I've been fobbed off, lied to, laughed at and, most recently, hung up on. The only upside is that I ordered off Living Social, and didn't have any of the problems others seem to have had with KGB and Wowcher with getting the money back there. Just waiting for the £9.99 delivery charge to be refunded from LFS...!

STAY AWAY from this company. I ordered a sofa many months ago and after being fobbed off with excuses for weeks as to the reasons for it's delay (over 20 weeks!!!) I finally cancelled the order. However, I am currently being fobbed off once more as I await a refund. DO NOT TRUST THE LIES!

Wish I Had Never Bothered
I ordered a leather footstool from Living Social and paid on 24th October 2012 and I am still waiting for the stool to be delivered. I have phoned every week since January 2013 and get fobbed off with 'I will phone you back' or 'Haven't you received it yet it was sent-----'.
Now trying to get my money back but no luck there either.
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering the same leather footstool voucher from Living Social. Despite ringing almost weekly LFS eventually suggested that I claim a refund from Living Social - who wash their hands of it and say it is not their problem. Fed up with both organisations!

Wish I'd Read The Bad Reviews Before Purchase
I bought a deal through Living Social for a leather footstool 31st October 2012. I received an email from LFS after 6 weeks (the point of the expected delivery) to advise delivery wouldn't be possible until immediately after the new year.
I have then followed this up by email and phone, and have always been simply ignored. Now over 5 months since purchase I have no expectation of delivery now, and am trying to get what money back I can.
